Refund Policy

At Influencers of Aesthetics, we are committed to providing high-quality in-person and online aesthetic training. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


I. Online Courses

  • No refunds will be issued once any online course materials or learning content has been accessed.

  • "Access" is defined as logging into the course platform, viewing any course materials, or downloading any course content.

  • If you have not accessed the course platform or any course materials, you may request a refund within 7 days of original purchase date.
     

II. In-Person Courses

  • No refunds will be issued once any pre-course materials or learning content has been accessed.

  • Full refunds and cancelation are available up until 10 days BEFORE the scheduled course date.

  • No refunds will be issued within 10 days of the course start date.

  • This policy ensures we can adequately prepare instructors for each student and maintain the quality of our in-person training.


III. Exceptions

  • In the event of technical issues, on our end, that prevent access to purchased course(s), we will work to resolve the technical issue, if resolution is unsuccessful, a refund will be provided, at our discretion.

  • If a course is cancelled by Influencers of Aesthetics, for any reason, a full refund will be issued.


IV. Process for Refund Requests

  • Email your refund request to Influencers of Aesthetics within 7 days of purchase for online courses, and no later than 10 days prior to any in-person courses.

  • Include your order number and reason for the cancelation and refund request.

  • Our team will verify that our platform and no course content has been accessed.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.



V. Additional Notes

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Any transaction fees incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
